Dinner tonight: Chicken sausage, rice and veggies

This was a tasty and super easy dinner. I sliced up some spicy chicken sausage and sautéed it in a bit of canola oil. Then I added brown rice and stirred everything together until the rice was warmed through. Last I folded in some mixed veggies (that I had warmed up in the microwave).

This dinner had a good balance of carbs, protein, veggies and fat. It was healthy and satisfying which is my goal with meals.
