I was really hungry for lunch today, which I take as a good sign. When I’m bingeing my body gets so bloated and, well, messed up that along with not feeling well it’s hard for me to read my natural hunger signals.
Hopefully today’s lunch will hold me until it’s time for a snack around 5. It has a mix of carbs, veggies, fat and protein.
- 1/2 gluten-free bagel with turkey, mustard, and vegan butter
- Salad with tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette and feta cheese
- 10 corn chips
