In a few minutes I’m meeting with some friends and I wanted to check in with the blog first so that I start my day right 🙂 Being with friends (or meeting with people in general) can easily kick up my social anxiety, which can lead to bingeing.
I wanted to simply start my day by saying that I plan on having a good, healthy day where I take care of myself and eat right. Today doesn’t have to be perfect, simply good enough.
Food is very tricky for me because it’s something I need to face at least three times a day. That is why it’s awesome to have this blog so I can check in and discuss my feelings and to give myself positive motivation to keep on my healing path.
