Along with being healthy and tasty a good meal for me really needs to be satisfying also. It’s important for the meal to have enough fat, protein and calories. This was a good lunch I think it fit all those criteria. Hopefully it will hold me until I need a small snack in the afternoon and then dinner is next.
- Turkey sandwich on half a gluten-free bagel (with mustard and vegan butter)
- Small salad with tomato, feta cheese and balsamic vinegar dressing
- Corn chips, about 10-12 (I had already eaten a few)
