Keeping with my theme today of moderation, health, and eating good enough (but not perfect). Here is today’s lunch:
- Turkey sandwich on a gluten-free bagel (bagel, vegan butter, mustard, tomato, sliced turkey)
- Corn chips, about 9
I feel pretty good, I hope this lunch will sustain me for a few hours until I need a snack.
Breakfast was a bowl of low sugar oat cereal.
